Mardi Gras may be over, but Marlow’s Tavern keeps things spicy with its annual Bayou ‘n Bourbon menu, available through March 28. We dropped into the Midtown location (one of 15 in Georgia) to check it out.
We spotted favorites like a Po’ Boy sandwich, muffaletta and a sweet bourbon ribeye. Another option is the daily flatbread from the Bayou.
We tried the Mo’ Betta Food, a roasted chicken and shrimp gumbo that was spiced just right. The muffaletta is tempting enough to draw me back to this fun tavern-style place, where it seems the bon temps always roulez.
