National Ice Cream Day is coming up on July 18, and there is truly nothing like a scoop of ice cream from a local creamery on a hot summer day. From classic ice cream like Queen of Cream and Butter & Cream to gelato from Honeysuckle Gelato, to soft-serve from Big Softie or Atlanta Dairies’ Wonderkid, there are all types of treats that hit the spot.
