College Football Hall of Fame honors Black History Month

Throughout February, the College Football Hall of Fame celebrates Black History Month with a new exhibit and web series.

The “Blood, Sweat, and Tears” exhibit explains integration in college football and honors the African American trailblazers who faced adversity both on and off the field, but persevered to impact and change the future of football.

Additionally, historian and curator Jeremy Swick hosts the “Not Your Average Hero” web series each Monday on the CFB Hall of Fame’s YouTube channel. Swick connects with pioneers in college football to discuss their unique stories and how those journeys had an impact on the game.
