All of us at #team360 love Thanksgiving, so this was the perfect time to produce our first themed issue.
This made me think of my family holiday meals. My sister jokes that mom has themed menus for each holiday. But last year we changed things up since we both had become vegetarians. And we succeeded.
Quorn has a great faux turkey breast to which we added homemade mushroom gravy. We kept several favorite meatless sides and found new ones we loved, then topped it all off with dessert. Visiting relatives didn’t even know the difference between old and new traditions.
