3 holiday book suggestions for the young professional

by admin

You’re at the age where you start thinking more realistically when it comes to answering the “what do you want for Christmas?” question. Instead of saying “I don’t know,” say you’re looking to read more in 2019, and provide a list of titles that you’ve been eyeing for months. Whether you prefer reading a hardback, e-version or audiobook, adding reading to your daily routine is a great habit to form in 2019.

Three good suggestions for the young professional include:

1. “Dare to Lead,” Brene Brown

2. “The Power of Habit,” Charles Duhigg

3. “Girl, Stop Apologizing,” Rachel Hollis

I would recommend Second Wave Millennials by Warren Wright. It’s a really great resource on productivity and also the management of personnel side. secondwavelearning.com is Wright’s sight for the book. He has a great handle on this new young work force and how they can be an asset to the work force!
