There are two sides to every story.
Such is the premise of “Wicked,” now the fourth longest-running show on Broadway (having recently surpassed “Cats”).
The musical tells the tragic tale of Elphaba, the soon-to-be “Wicked Witch of the West” as she struggles to navigate college, politics and relationships with the best of intentions. However, her passion and magical antics soon attract powerful enemies, challenging her convictions and culminating in the events we thought we understood from “The Wizard of Oz.”
Presented by Regions Bank Broadway, the play will be showing at the Fabulous Fox through Sunday, July 30. Purchase tickets here.
