I recently attended the ballet. I’m a bit embarrassed that after all my years in Atlanta, I’ve only experienced some small pop-up performances.
This show, “Significant Others,” featured three performances including two world premieres at their Cobb Energy Centre home. With not a bad seat in the house, it was a beautiful evening filled with modern and mesmerizing moments, classic and breathtaking offerings as well as many surprises and delights. From behind-the-scenes documentary-style video before each performance to the envelope-pushing set design and fashion-forward costumes, it was a breath of fresh air.
