The 17 concept cars on display in “Dream Cars: Innovative Design, Visionary Ideas” at the High Museum of Art through September 7 date from the 1930s to the present.
They were never meant to be mass-produced but were a way for carmakers like Bugatti, Ferrari and Porsche to explore new designs and technology.
