Jason notes shopping for wine can be overwhelming, but the more you drink the more you’ll understand what your palate likes.
White wine and rose are summer favorites, with an increase in reds the past few years, including Susucaru Rosso, Lekker Red, Prisma Rose and Domaine Rimbert Le Petit Cochon Bronze.
Jason advises a summer wine is anything that one can drink cold, has high acidity and a fresh vintage.
