Financial relief program set up to help Atlanta small businesses impacted by water main breaks

by The 100 Companies

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens and the Atlanta City Council have established a financial relief program to assist small businesses impacted by the series of water main breaks that occurred throughout the city in late May and early June.

Named the City of Atlanta Recovery Fund, the program is set up through Invest Atlanta and has an initial allocation of $5 million. The fund aims to help businesses recoup lost revenue from the multi-day water service disruption, which temporarily shut down many Atlanta buildings.

Applications for the relief program are now being accepted and close on Monday, July 8 at 5PM.
