sweetgreen, Ponce City Market’s newest tenant, has made quite a stir since opening in early June with buzz throughout the city. Through connecting with local suppliers and farmers to serve the highest quality ingredients in every market and hand-crafting salads within minutes, sweetgreen is changing the definition of fast food.

Salads and fast food usually do not go together, but sweetgreen believes real food should be convenient and accessible to all. Before opening in a new market and even scouting for locations, they conduct preliminary research on growers and suppliers specific to the area so they can utilize local ingredients.
