Two marketing/PR agencies, Media Frenzy Global and Obviouslee Marketing, have come together to call other agency professionals to action, working to end racial inequality in their field. The Act in Solidarity Pledge encourages agency leaders to not only stand in solidarity, but act in solidarity, now.

By signing the pledge, leaders would be committing to five key areas of change: Education, Human Resources, Marketing, Code of Conduct and Values Review. Examples of change in these areas include conversations with Black team members, increasing diversity of team, representing Black talent in marketing practices, holding employees accountable for racist actions and more.
