Funding for Furballs

by

When Huntly, my 9-year-old Australian Shepherd, recently let out a deafening yelp and began writhing in pain while horseplaying with his younger, more rambunctious cousin, I feared the worst.

Luckily x-rays revealed no significant injuries, but they did alert us, however, to his advanced arthritis, which means no more Frisbees for our former high flying furball.

I gladly paid the $300 vet bill that day, but many people are sadly forced to choose their own life over their pet’s when money is involved. These days though, expensive vet bills can be funded by the animal-loving crowd on sites like GoFundMe.
