April 15 isn’t the only deadline you have to worry about this month. April 21 marks the day Google will be changing its algorithm to use mobile-friendliness as ranking criteria. This change comes at a time when users are searching the web on their phone more than ever.
Luckily for those who aren’t yet prepared for mobilegeddon, the change is relatively narrow. The only results affected will be Google’s organic mobile search listings, or the “10 blue links.” Local pack ranking won’t be impacted by the change.
