Self Reflection

by

It’s become far too easy as a business leader to spout what companies should be doing while your own company’s wellbeing falls to wayside. Such was the case with me. My company was experiencing a higher-than-desired turnover rate and career paths weren’t defined.

I hit the pause button on hiring until we received help from brutally honest HR consultants, organizational psychologists and leadership training. Things have changed dramatically and ExecuSource couldn’t be doing better.

I learned that a positive and profitable culture doesn’t come easy – it takes time and money. However, it’s always worth it. I detail my experience here.
