Relationships Drive Success

At some companies, C-Suite status or seniority guides who is treated best. However, the Inside Principle states that you should treat people well from the beginning.

The relationships within your business affect client relationships and customer experiences. One of the most famous exemplifications of this is The Ritz-Carlton. Every day before starting work, employees and managers have a 15-minute meeting to discuss “wow stories” – stories of exceptional employee heroics, igniting respect and passion.

When you treat your employees well, they will reciprocate that respect to the clients. Like The Ritz-Carlton states, “It’s ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.”
