One industry hit hard by COVID-19 has been air travel, but as Georgia continues to reopen, our hometown airline has announced plans for more flights in June. While schedules for the next month are significantly reduced from past years, several major domestic and international routes are set to return.
To keep customers safe, Delta has worked to make sure all necessary protections are in place. Plans to operate include 60% cabin capacity with all middle seats blocked off, plexiglass screens at check-in gates, face coverings required for employees and passengers and everything from tray tables to jetways rigorously cleaned.
