Private events at restaurants are the best of both worlds: you gather with people you like. And someone else is cooking and cleaning up.
Recently, I’ve been to private events at Murphy’s and Morningside Kitchen. Our wine group, Girls Uncorked, ate and drank the evening away at Murphy’s at two long tables, while another party was held in the back room.
We had the cozy brick-walled banquet room for a company party at Morningside Kitchen. With space for 12, it’s perfect for smaller celebrations. An adjacent room seats up to 36 for larger groups. The patio is also available.
