Turn over a new leaf at Georgia’s state parks

Georgia’s Department of Natural Resources invites Georgians to explore the majesty of the state’s parks and historical sites during fall’s Turn Over a New Leaf event series.

Reed Bingham State Park in Adel, Georgia invites visitors to join a park ranger for a guided historical trail tour Nov. 4 from 6-7PM along the Little River.

Nature and art lovers will want to head to Pine Mountain’s F.D. Roosevelt State Park on Nov. 5 at 1PM to learn to paint with the unique canvas of bark.

Tallulah Gorge Park also hosts a campfire treat series through November.
