There’s a good chance you watched the Super Bowl this past Sunday, if not for the actual game or half time show, then for the coveted ad slots.

Companies paid approximately $5.6 million for just 30 seconds of air time. Not surprisingly, they make those seconds count and advertisements tend to be more entertaining than normal. Here are some of our favorites:

Rocket Mortgage unveiling another, rather disturbing version of Jason Momoa.
Microsoft’s spotlight on Katie Sowers.
Amazon’s “Before Alexa.”
Budweiser’s tribute to the “Typical American.”
Jeep’s incorporation of “Groundhog Day.”

We can’t wait to see what airs next year.
