Despite quickly dropping temperatures, patrons still desire the option to enjoy patio dining, presenting restaurants with a difficult situation. Attempting to maintain business during winter months, many Atlanta restaurants are now implementing heated options, from outdoor fireplaces to igloo setups.

Nine Mile Station and Publico have added Igloo dining. Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall has introduced heated safari tents with Turkish rugs and festive décor.

Vinings Jubilee‘s Paces & Vine and Cypress Street Pint & Plate feature cozy outdoor fireplaces and fire pits. Patio heaters are present at spots like Varuni NapoliCold BrewBar, ThreeTaverns Imaginarium and Wonderkid at Atlanta Dairies; and more.
