by The 100 Companies

The Black Music and Entertainment Walk of Fame will host its 2022 Black Music Month Ceremony on June 18 at 2PM. The event will take place at The Home Depot Backyard in conjunction with Home Depot’s annual Summer Movie Series & Juneteenth Celebration event.

Spotlighting history’s most influential Black artists, entertainers and icons, this year’s event will honor 16 inductees, including Prince, Charlie Wilson, NAS, Patti Labelle, Duke Ellington, Bob Marley, Angela Bassett, Steve Harvey and Tamela Mann.

Each inductee will receive a Crown Jewel of Excellence emblem permanently installed along the walk of fame in front of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
