One of my favorite parts about Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, besides the delicious food and drinks, of course, are the Learning Experiences offered. For foodies like me, these classes are the perfect opportunity to learn more – whether that be the history of a certain food, culinary trends that impact or to simply broaden my taste buds.
“Wasted,” a seminar on ways to decrease your environmental footprint, offers the chance to talk about the issue of waste with a cocktail in hand. Others include “Say Cheese: The Evolution of Cheese and Cheesemaking,” “Crafted Collabs,” and “Brine & Dine: The Art of Pickling.”
