by The 100 Companies

Calling all metro Atlanta students (grades seven to nine) – the Enlighten America 2020 essay contest, presented by B’nai B’rith, is officially open for submissions now through Friday, April 10. The annual contest encourages students to write a 600-1,000 word essay with a chance to win first place ($350), second place ($250) or third place ($150) prizes.

This year’s theme encompasses the concepts of tolerance, equality and respect for everyone regardless of differences. Participants are asked to reflect on the theme and write about such issues and how they’ve affected society. Review details here on the submission guidelines. Good luck, writers.
