One of the music industry’s biggest nights is quickly approaching on Jan. 26. The 62nd GRAMMY Awards is sure to be an interesting one.

As a musical hot spot, Atlanta is well represented in the nominees, including Lithia Springs-native Lil Nas X, nominated in multiple categories including “Best New Artist”; Valdosta’s own Thomas Rhett, nominated for “Best Country Album”; and Gucci Mane, who combined forces with Lizzo to garner a nomination for “Best R&B Performance.”

As with many awards shows, it’s safe to say expect the unexpected and tune in on Sunday to see if the ATL comes out on top.
