Labor Day weekend brings some of Atlanta’s biggest annual events.
Dragon Con returns downtown Sept. 3-7, with its popular parade stepping off Saturday at 10AM on Peachtree Street. College football fans can watch Auburn face Baylor in the Aflac Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sept. 5. For an arts-focused outing, head to Marietta Square for Art in the Park, Sept. 5-7, featuring artists, children’s activities and the Chalk Spot. Stone Mountain Park also celebrates Sept. 5-7 with family attractions, return of the classic Lasershow at 9:30PM and extended fireworks finale.
