Last month, the U.S. Soccer Federation broke ground on its first-ever National Training Center and Headquarters at Trilith in Fayette County, Georgia. The facility will be named the Arthur M. Blank National Training Center in honor of Atlanta United owner Arthur Blank’s continued support of the project, including a $50 million contribution to its development.
The 200,000-square-foot center will serve as a central hub for the U.S. soccer community, and all 27 national teams will have access to it.
The USSF anticipates that the center will be completed by 2026 when Atlanta will host eight World Cup matches.
