‘Cosmic Pickleball’ coming to Armour Yards this fall

America’s fastest-growing sport will take a new shape in Atlanta this November with the opening of Painted Pickle. A competitive player himself, Justin Amick, co-founder of The Painted Pin and The Painted Duck, has been working on the project for three years.

According to a recent Atlanta Magazine article, the 32,500-square-foot space will feature eight indoor pickleball courts, turning cosmic on the weekends with blacklights and glowing balls, a wrap-around porch, signature beverages and good food, including a sushi bar. Three covered patios, an outdoor beach lawn, live music and DJs, and three holes of putt-putt will also be featured.
