It is no secret that San Francisco-based Airbnb is growing even in the midst of the pandemic, and its latest expansion is coming to Atlanta. According to a statement from Airbnb, the company sought a city with a creative culture, a commitment to diversity and inclusion and more, and Atlanta fit the bill.
While the technical hub’s exact location has yet to be chosen, Airbnb plans to establish a physical space in late 2021. The hub will be home to Airbnb’s development teams and is expected to eventually become a regional base for hundreds of workers in technical and non-technical roles.
