Downtown Atlanta to gain even more music

Transformation of the former CNN Center continues as Live-K Karaoke moves into The CTR (The Center) downtown. Live-K Karaoke operates in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, and this new space in Atlanta marks the chain’s first location in Georgia. It is slated to open next fall, adding it to a growing lineup of hospitality and entertainment offerings downtown.

This new lease is part of owner CP Group’s larger goal to entice visitors to spend more time downtown. Neighboring Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia World Congress Center, this is the group’s third phase of development on the 1.2 million-square-foot property.
