Remember when Facebook was where you went to see what everyone was really up to?
Somewhere along the way, LinkedIn started filling that role. Yes, there are still job announcements, business wins and professional milestones, but increasingly, people are sharing opinions, personal stories, family moments, lessons learned, celebrations and even the occasional rant. The platform has become less about résumés and more about connection and relationships. Maybe that’s because people have realized that business has always been personal. Behind every company, deal, promotion or partnership is a person.
LinkedIn isn’t just where we work anymore. It’s where we show up.
