Step Up for Trinity

by admin

Willis Reavis served his country in Iraq and Afghanistan, but wounds led to drug addiction, then prison, a divorce and eventually homelessness. Fortunately, Willis was referred to the recovery program at Trinity Community Ministries where he thrived, eventually obtaining a part-time job.

During a board meeting to discuss Trinity’s dire financial needs, Will Buchly of Synovus bank heard Willis’ story and was inspired to take action.

“Willis stepped up for his country,” said Buchly. “Will you step up for him now?” Buchly and others created the Trinity Combine, a one-day decathlon fundraiser on May 17. Click here for more information.
