In COVID-19’s beginnings, we worked with a client whose technology could help with testing. People didn’t understand the virus and the media didn’t understand our pitch.
Five months later, we have drive-thru testing with fast results. After following the fascinating testing trajectory I decided to get tested. Online, I completed a short questionnaire and selected time and location. Two days later, waited behind four cars, opened the window, QR code email was scanned, swab up the nose (thank you) – in just 10 minutes.
Negative results emailed 14 hours after. Easy and oddly normal, nearly forgetting it’s due to a pandemic.
