As if we needed another reminder of how time keeps moving, this Sunday, March 14, is Daylight Saving Time. That’s right — it’s time to move clocks ahead and lose an hour of sleep. On the bright side, the days will be longer, meaning more time to soak up the sun on these spring days.
There are several ways to prepare for and adjust to the time change:
• Start prepping a few days early by setting the alarm earlier.
• Stick to a routine including eating and exercising times.
• Try to avoid coffee and alcohol.
• Plan new activities to look forward to.
