To help improve the city’s customer service, the ATL311 Mobile App has arrived. ATL311 is the city’s primary channel for all non-emergency services and information.
With the new app, it’s never been easier to report problems such as potholes, graffiti removal and solid waste services and track the status of any service request. Users are also able to access a wide range of information with the MyCity function, including the nearest fire or police station, streetcar or MARTA stop or see what council district they’re in.
Help is now just a click away for residents, business owners and visitors.
