Al dente and delicious

by The 100 Companies

It might feel like déjà vu after National Noodle Day on Oct. 6, but today is National Pasta Day – and yes, there is a difference!

Noodles come from many cultures and grains, from rice to buckwheat, while pasta is strictly Italian, made from durum wheat, giving it that signature bite. Italians eat about 51 pounds of pasta per person each year, and over 350 shapes exist – from penne to farfalle.

Try Bigger Bolder Baker‘s two ingredient pasta: Mix 4 cups of flour with 3 eggs, knead, rest, roll thin, cut and boil for 2-3 minutes. Simple, fresh and molto delizioso!
