The Piedmont Park Summer Arts Festival is set to return to Piedmont Park from Aug. 19-20. Hosted by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, the two-day event places an emphasis on visual arts and family fun.
The festival will feature nearly 250 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metalworkers, glass blowers, jewelers and crafters. The event will also offer artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, a children’s play area and food and beverages, including several healthy options.
Proceeds from the Piedmont Park Arts Festival will benefit a local Atlanta charity or scholarship that supports the arts, which a jury will later select.
