From serving as executive chef at several top Atlanta restaurants to opening Richard’s Southern Fried at Krog Street Market, Chef Todd Richards has been a mainstay in Atlanta’s dining scene since 1992.
Richards released his debut cookbook, “Soul: A Chef’s Evolution in 150 Recipes,” and I immediately snagged a copy for myself. After all, I had to perfect his hot-chicken-style country-fried lamb steak.
The cookbook not only reveals mouth-watering worthy recipes, but encourages readers to step outside the box. On Nov. 29, Richards will host a lecture based on the cookbook at the Atlanta History Center.
