There’s still time to catch the popular Butterfly Encounter at the Chattahoochee Nature Center in Roswell. Back for a fifth summer, the living exhibit features hundreds of native butterflies surrounded by colorful nectar plants.
Along with the cool experience and endless photo opportunities, visitors have the chance to learn the importance of butterflies, how to use specific plants to attract and help the insects thrive, and even purchase nectar and host plants to start your own butterfly oasis.
General admission to the CNC is $10 for adults, $6 for kids ages three to 12, and no charge for CNC members.
