The world-renowned Cirque du Soleil returns to A-Town to showcase Daniele Finzi Pasca’s production of “Corteo.”
“Corteo,” which means “cortege” in Italian, follows an imaginative clown, Mauro, who dreams about his own funeral in a carnival setting, where he is surrounded by comforting angels. The clown’s strength and fragility, as well as his wisdom and kindness, reminds the audience of the inkling of generosity dwelling within all of us.
Performances will run from August 29 to September 2 at a new location at Duluth’s Infinite Energy Arena. Tickets start from $43 and are available at Cirque du Soleil.
