Atlanta area children are turning $100 into thousands of dollars in donations for various charities.
Two-year-old nonprofit Kids Boost supplies children with $100 to invest in hosting a fundraising event for the charity of their choice. Each child, or “booster,” is encouraged to call upon their own interests and talents to create a fun and unique event.
Boosters are also supplied with a one-on-one coach and the resources to help make them successful. More than 40 boosters have participated so far, raising nearly $45,000. Learn more about how to get involved at www.kidsboost.org.
