Not to be missed, the acclaimed nine-channel sound and video recording installation, “The Visitors” by Icelandic artist Ragnar Kjartansson, is on display at The High Museum of Art Atlanta through May 9.

Named “Best Art of the 21st Century” by The Guardian, performers and musicians are featured playing a composition by Kjartansson, who is well-known internationally for his work combining musical, theatrical and cinematic elements. and Davíð Þór Jónsson, with lyrics from artist Ásdís Sif Gunnarsdóttir.

Although the composition is in unison, what makes it mesmerizing is each performer playing in different rooms within a historic 43-room mansion on Rokeby Farm.
