Music in the time of COVID

by The 100 Companies

Music has always brought people together in times of distress. One example is Live Aid, one of the most famous concerts of all time. Today, amazing performances can be found regularly online.

Jack Johnson hosted his Kokua Festival remotely with Eddie Vedder, Ziggy Marley, Willie Nelson and more. Sir Elton John hosted a pandemic benefit concert including Mariah Carey, Billie Eilish and Backstreet Boys.

Foo Fighters collaborated with artists at home on “Times Like These.”  Meryl Streep, Audra McDonald and Christine Baranski belted out “The Ladies Who Lunch.”

Even undiscovered musicians of all ages are virtually sharing their talents.
