With regionally sourced sustainable ingredients and an outdoor herb and vegetable garden right off the patio, the dishes prepared in the kitchen’s wood-burning oven are certain to make your taste buds dance with joy.

While visiting this soon-to-be Decatur staple, the pork belly and clams and grouper collar special were in high demand. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the grouper was so fresh and cooked to perfection.
