Juneteenth honors the end of slavery in the United States and is considered the longest-running African American holiday.

• Attend the Black Art Family Reunion: Juneteenth Celebration for a weekend of panels, lectures and plenty of art.
• Enjoy an immersive performance, the “History of Music” presentation and more at Jubilee: A Juneteenth Celebration.
• Visit the Juneteenth Celebration at the Backyard for an interactive art exhibit, a showing of “The Wiz” and laser light show.
