DoorDash and Wing are expanding their drone delivery partnership to metro Atlanta, bringing ultra-fast, autonomous food delivery to eligible customers in parts of the region.
The service allows users ordering through the DoorDash app to select drone delivery from participating local restaurants within designated zones, with orders arriving in as little as 20 minutes. The rollout centers on suburban launch areas designed to test efficiency in traffic-heavy corridors.
Company leaders say the expansion reflects growing demand for faster, more sustainable last-mile logistics and marks a key step in scaling drone delivery across additional U.S. markets in the coming years.
