Delta Airlines Switches to Apple

by sally@the100companies.com

According to an internal email leak, Delta Airlines will be switching gears soon – replacing Microsoft with Apple products for all in-flight crew members.

The news has been confirmed – roughly 30,000 flight crew members will be given Apple gadgets including iPads, iPhones and iPad Pros. Apple iPhone 7 devices for flight attendants will replace the Nokia Lumina 1520 tablet, primarily used for in-flight payments.

After a four-year Delta-Microsoft deal, reasons for this move include: Microsoft leaving the phone business and allowing Delta to align with other airline partners like Aeromexico, Air France, Virgin Atlantic and KLM.
