More than 13,000 loggerhead sea turtles choose the 10-mile stretch of beach in Jupiter, Florida to build their nests from March through October. We chose to nest slightly above the dunes in Jupiter Beach Resort.
Our spacious oceanfront room overlooked the beautiful beach and the pools, where my favorite features included the hammocks, a hot tub fed by water flowing over a pile of rocks and a bar and dining area just beyond the dunes.
The resort is also home to Sinclair’s Terrace, Jupiter’s only oceanfront restaurant, where we feasted on a giant cheese platter and a delicious yellowtail snapper.
