Fall is for apple-picking

by The 100 Companies

With Saturday, Sept. 23 marking the first official day of fall, it’s time to make plans to enjoy a variety of fall festivities. And with a plethora of apple orchards a short drive from the Atlanta area, apple picking is top on the list.

B.J. Reece Orchards: Additional offerings include a petting zoo, bakery, and shopping center – and check out the apple-picking calendar for best dates.

Hillcrest Orchards: Includes the South’s first Apple Tree Maze alongside a petting zoo, bakery, and market.

Mercier Orchards: Celebrating 80 years, also enjoy their very own seasonal wines and hard ciders pressed in-house.
