We’ll be ushering in a new decade soon, and of course it’s only natural to look back and reminisce. From music and movies, to politics and products, a lot has happened over the past 10 years. Here are some highlights worth noting:
• Billboard listed “Uptown Funk” by Bruno Mars as the number one song of the decade.
• “Star Wars: Episode VII” was the highest-grossing film.
• The first iPad was released in 2010.
• The last Harry Potter book was published.
• Same-sex marriage was legalized in all 50 states.
• We had a total solar eclipse.
